The Precihole story began 25 years ago when three experienced and seasoned technocrats got together and decided they wanted to revolutionize the machine tool industry by providing custom made machinery with cutting edge technology at reasonable costs. The mission still continues and is being executed by a larger bunch of talented individuals with the same ideals and core values.

Mr. V.R. Nayak
Mr. V.R. Nayak has been the guiding force and the co-founder of this company. He has over 40 years of experience in the machine tool manufacturing industry. He designed the first deep hole drilling machine in India. Mr. Nayak is responsible for sales and business development efforts in Precihole. Mr. Nayak lives in Thane with his family. He holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gulbarga University.

Mr. Anil Kulkarni
Mr. Anil Kulkarni is the co-founder of the company. He has over 35 years of experience in the machine tool industry. He is primarily responsible for operations of the company including finance, administration, manufacturing and support. Mr. Kulkarni lives in Thane with his family. Mr. Kulkarni is a Mechanical engineer from Mumbai University.

Mr. A.A. Qazi
Mr. A.A. Qazi is also the co-founder of the company and heads the Engineering (R&D) team in Precihole. He is the brains behind most Precihole machine designs and is well known in the industry for this knowledge and expertise. He has delivered several seminars on deep hole drilling technology and is called by several leading institutions to train their staff. Mr. Qazi holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering from Mumbai University.

Mr. Parag Kulkarni
Mr. Parag Kulkarni is part of the top management in Precihole and heads the US operations of the company. He's responsible for business development and strategy of the company. He's been a part of the company since inception and has helped the company in various growth initiatives. Parag has done management consulting for many fortune 500 companies in the past. He has a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bombay University and a Masters in Industrial Engineering from State University of New York at Buffalo. He lives with his family in USA.

Mr. Amit Nayak
Mr. Amit Nayak is a senior member of the procurement team at Precihole and heads the component manufacturing group within the company. He has been with Precihole for more than a decade and has helped the company grow to its present state. Mr. Nayak lives in Thane with his family. He has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering from Pune university and a Masters degree from University at Alabama.

Mr. Anil Mangalvedhe
Mr. Anil Mangalvedhe is a senior member of the sales team at Precihole and heads the machine tool sales group within the company. He has been with Precihole for about 8 years. Anil has more than 25 years of experience with various companies in the industry. He lives in Mulund, Mumbai with his family. He holds a bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering from University of Mumbai.

Mr. Sarfraz Naikwadi
Mr. Sarfraz Naikwadi is a senior member in the engineering group at Precihole. He has been with the company for about 15 years. He is the lead designer for all new generation Precihole machines. Sarfraz lives in Mulund, Mumbai with his family. He holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering from University of Mumbai.
